Chained after the spider web's handler for breaking it (the web is object 7). If the web really is broken now (bit 3 of its flags), it is opened (bit 5), so the way through is clear, and timer 1 is started (count 2): 'some spiders start mending the broken web.' Two turns later A950 closes it again.
